ChemOne Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and strategic Accounting, Tax & Finance Manager to oversee financial operations for its business unit in Jakarta (PT. Pioneer Global Utama). Operating within the multinational petrochemical and natural resources ecosystem, this pivotal role demands a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end controllership, tax governance, and statutory compliance.
The successful candidate will lead local financial strategies, manage operational cash flows, and oversee corporate tax planning in alignment with Indonesian regulatory standards and international financial policies. You will serve as the primary advisor to executive leadership on capital allocation, budget variances, and financial risks, while maintaining stringent internal controls and audit readiness.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of accounting, tax, treasury, and financial planning activities for the Indonesian entity.
- Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements compliant with PSAK and IFRS standards.
- Oversee national and local tax management, including Corporate Income Tax, VAT, withholding taxes, transfer pricing documentation, and tax audit representation.
- Develop reliable monthly cash flow forecasts, working capital models, and annual budgeting frameworks.
- Establish and maintain robust internal control systems (SOPs) to safeguard corporate assets and streamline operational workflows.
- Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax consultants, financial institutions, and government authorities.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the local finance and accounting staff to maintain high operational standards and talent retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Fiscal Administration from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting, tax, and corporate finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven background in petrochemicals, oil & gas, trading, or multinational manufacturing environments.
- In-depth mastery of Indonesian Tax Laws (PPH, PPN), Brevet A & B certification required; Brevet C or CPA/CA is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in enterprise ERP solutions (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced financial modeling in Excel.
- Demonstrated experience facing tax audits, objections, and handling transfer pricing cases successfully.
- Fluent professional proficiency in both English and Indonesian, written and verbal.
