WST SKIN SOLUTION is seeking a licensed and passionate Aesthetic Doctor to join our growing clinical team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will deliver high-standard aesthetic and skincare treatments tailored to individual patient needs, helping our clients achieve healthy, radiant skin under our commitment to brighten lives.
As an Aesthetic Doctor at WST SKIN SOLUTION, you will perform professional skin consultations, administer advanced non-surgical aesthetic procedures, and recommend comprehensive skincare regimens. You will work closely with a supportive team of clinical assistants and beauty therapists in a modern, patient-focused environment equipped with up-to-date aesthetic technology.
We provide continuous medical aesthetic training, a competitive compensation package ranging from IDR 15,500,000 to IDR 20,000,000 per month plus treatment incentives, and solid career development within a thriving aesthetic clinic brand.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive skin assessments, medical consultations, and diagnosis for prospective and returning patients.
- Perform non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures, including laser therapies, chemical peels, microneedling, and injectable treatments.
- Formulate personalized clinical treatment plans and prescribe appropriate topical skincare regimens.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care to maximize clinical outcomes and ensure patient safety.
- Maintain precise medical records, documentation, and compliance with clinical governance standards.
- Oversee clinic treatment hygiene, sterilization protocols, and equipment calibration.
- Collaborate with clinical therapists and front-desk teams to ensure excellent patient service and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Medical Doctor degree (Profesi Dokter / S.Ked) from an accredited university.
- Valid Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) Dokter aktif.
- Proven experience or formal certification in aesthetic medicine (e.g., AAAM, CIBTAC, or certified Indonesian aesthetic courses).
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical practice in an aesthetic clinic or dermatology setting.
- Proficiency in operating aesthetic devices, lasers, and conducting injectable treatments.
- Strong interpersonal, patient-consultation, and communication skills.
- High ethical standards, professional grooming, and dedication to patient-centric care.
