Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality facial, skincare, and body treatments tailored to client needs and doctor recommendations.
- Consult with clients to assess skin conditions, explain treatment steps, and advise on appropriate home-care routines.
- Prepare, sanitize, and sterilize treatment rooms, aesthetic devices, and instruments in compliance with strict clinic hygiene protocols.
- Assist aesthetic physicians during specialized clinical procedures and laser treatments.
- Maintain accurate client service records, session progress notes, and treatment histories.
- Promote and recommend clinic skincare products aligned with individual client treatment plans.
- Monitor inventory levels of treatment products and clinic consumables, reporting restock requirements promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Beautician, Esthetician, or Beauty Therapist in a beauty clinic, salon, or medical spa.
- Certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or Aesthetics from an accredited institution.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, facial treatment techniques, and aesthetic equipment operations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Strict adherence to clinical hygiene, safety guidelines, and sanitation standards.
- Willingness to work on flexible retail schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
- Location proximity or willingness to commute reliably to Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) 1, Jakarta Utara.
