Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable manufacturers and suppliers across China.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and delivery schedules to optimize margins.
- Coordinate purchase orders, track production timelines, and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
- Collaborate with quality control personnel to resolve product defect issues and verify specification adherence.
- Manage shipping documentation, customs clearance requirements, and import compliance for inbound freight.
- Monitor vendor performance metrics regarding lead times, product quality, and responsiveness.
- Maintain clear records of procurement logs, supplier agreements, and cost variance reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Demonstrated understanding of China-based manufacturing hubs, sourcing platforms, and supply chain workflows.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; professional working proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and supplier relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with Incoterms, freight forwarding processes, and customs documentation.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and enterprise resource planning (ERP) or procurement software.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
