SOECHI is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial MOS (Marine Operations Support) Jakarta Staff to join our commercial team in Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Raya. As a key player in Indonesia's leading marine transportation and tanker sector, SOECHI provides vital maritime energy transport services across the archipelago and internationally.
In this role, you will be responsible for administering commercial shipping operations, monitoring vessel performance against charter parties, coordinating operational communications between charterers, operations, and vessels, and ensuring all billing and post-fixture obligations are executed seamlessly. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of commercial shipping terms, and the agility to resolve operational hurdles in real-time.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor day-to-day commercial operations and performance of designated vessels under charter contracts.
- Coordinate with charterers, port agents, vessel masters, and internal technical teams to ensure seamless voyage execution.
- Review, calculate, and process demurrage, dispatch, freight invoices, and post-fixture claims accurately.
- Track vessel voyage milestones, bunker consumption, and cargo loading/discharging reports to minimize turnaround times.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for charter parties, fixture notes, and operational correspondence.
- Support the commercial team in preparing periodic market analysis, vessel utilization reports, and operational budgets.
- Resolve operational discrepancies or payment delays proactively in alignment with contract terms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Port Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of commercial shipping, tanker operations, or post-fixture administration experience.
- Maximum age of 55 years old in accordance with operational requirement profiles.
- Solid understanding of charter party terms, bill of lading procedures, and maritime shipping documentation.
- Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, voyage management systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional communication abilities.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
