A premier contractor in Bali specializing in high-end private villas, boutique hotels, and luxury wellness spas is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Specialist to join its field execution team. In this role, you will be responsible for enforcing rigorous construction standards and high-end finishing specifications demanded by a discerning international clientele.
You will inspect structural works, MEP installations, and architectural detailing across multiple active job sites. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, systematic snag list management, and clear communication with on-site supervisors, subcontractors, and foreign project stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform rigorous daily on-site quality inspections across structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing phases.
- Ensure all materials, methodologies, and site activities comply strictly with approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety codes.
- Identify deviations, raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and supervise prompt corrective actions with site contractors.
- Compile detailed snagging lists and verify defect rectifications prior to handover milestones.
- Prepare structured quality inspection reports and photographic documentation in English for international clients.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to prevent rework and maintain delivery schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of hands-on quality control or site supervisory experience in building construction.
- Proven expertise in inspecting high-end architectural finishes, bespoke joinery, stonework, and waterproofing systems.
- Professional working proficiency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory for client interactions and reporting.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, shop drawings, and structural plans.
- Familiarity with standard QA/QC processes, material testing protocols, and handover documentation.
- Currently based in Bali or willing to relocate immediately.
