Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for operational excellence and team leadership? We are seeking a dedicated Delivery Supervisor to oversee and elevate our transportation and delivery operations in Manado, Sulawesi Utara.

You will lead a team of delivery drivers, streamline dispatch schedules, optimize transportation routes, and safeguard customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily dispatch schedules, driver allocation, and last-mile delivery operations across the Manado region.
- Analyze delivery routes and transportation workflows to optimize delivery turnaround time and reduce fuel expenditure.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rate, vehicle utilization, and operational costs.
- Handle customer escalations, shipment delays, and damaged goods inquiries with swift, customer-centric resolutions.
- Enforce strict occupational health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards across the fleet.
- Coordinate regular fleet maintenance, inspections, and licensing renewals to ensure vehicle roadworthiness.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse inventory supervisors to ensure prompt order handoffs and inventory accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in last-mile delivery, fleet management, or logistics operations.
- Strong geographic familiarity with Manado and surrounding North Sulawesi delivery networks.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing driver performance and field teams.
- Proficiency in logistics tracking software, route planning tools, and Microsoft Excel.
- Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A or SIM B) with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
