Exclusivia Pte. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Ecommerce Procurement & Operations Growth Executive to scale our regional supply chain and marketplace presence. This remote position plays a critical role in strengthening supplier partnerships, streamlining international logistics, and optimizing order fulfillment workflows to maximize margin and operational efficiency.
As an operations growth leader, you will oversee end-to-end purchasing cycles, monitor inventory thresholds across multiple fulfillment channels, and identify scalable solutions to reduce turnaround times. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to forecast product demand and ensure seamless product availability across all digital touchpoints.
The ideal candidate combines strong commercial negotiation acumen with analytical execution. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement operations, vendor onboarding, and contract negotiations to secure optimal pricing and terms.
- Monitor global inventory levels across distribution hubs to prevent stockouts and reduce carrying costs.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery and customs compliance.
- Analyze supply chain metrics, fulfillment lead times, and unit economics to drive continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement timelines with promotional campaigns and seasonal demand surges.
- Implement quality control measures with manufacturers to maintain strict product standards.
- Develop and maintain vendor scorecards to evaluate supplier performance and reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in e-commerce procurement, vendor management, or operations management.
- In-depth understanding of cross-border shipping, freight logistics, and customs clearance procedures in Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems, ERP software, and advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Demonstrated commercial negotiation skills with measurable cost-saving achievements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
- Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
