Shopee is seeking an experienced and dedicated HSE Specialist to oversee and implement comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment initiatives across our fulfillment operations in Kabupaten Tangerang. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining workplace safety standards, conducting proactive hazard assessments, and fostering a robust zero-incident culture within a high-velocity logistics environment.
As part of Shopee's warehouse operations team, you will ensure full regulatory compliance with Indonesian labor and environmental standards while driving continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in industrial safety protocols, hazard identification, and emergency response management. This is a contract-based position offering high operational visibility and direct impact on team wellbeing.
Tanggung Jawab
- Implement, monitor, and enforce HSE policies, programs, and guidelines at the warehouse facility.
- Perform daily safety walks, routine inspections, and comprehensive Job Safety Analyses (JSA) across operational zones.
- Identify workplace hazards, conduct risk assessments, and establish effective corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
- Lead accident, incident, and near-miss investigations, delivering root cause analyses and regulatory documentation.
- Deliver safety induction and periodic K3 training sessions for warehouse staff, contractors, and visitors.
- Monitor fire safety systems, emergency equipment, and execute emergency response drills.
- Ensure warehouse compliance with local occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations (SMK3).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an HSE Officer or Specialist, preferably within logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.
- Certified Ahli K3 Umum from the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian safety and environmental laws, fire safety systems, and hazard assessment frameworks (HIRADC).
- Proven ability to manage emergency situations and incident response protocols effectively.
- Proficiency in generating technical safety reports and tracking HSE operational metrics.
- Willingness to work on-site at the warehouse facility in Kabupaten Tangerang under a contract arrangement.
