A leading financial institution is seeking an experienced Investment Banking Capital Market - Associate Director to join its Jakarta team. This senior role leads origination and execution across equity capital markets (ECM), debt capital markets (DCM), and corporate finance advisory.
The Associate Director will drive deal structuring, transaction management, and client relationships with top-tier corporations, state-owned enterprises, and institutional investors in Indonesia. You will manage transaction execution teams, build complex financial models, navigate local regulatory frameworks (OJK and IDX), and deliver tailored capital-raising solutions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the origination and end-to-end execution of capital market transactions, including IPOs, rights issues, and bond issuances.
- Oversee comprehensive financial modeling, company valuations (DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions), and credit assessments.
- Manage transaction documentation, due diligence processes, prospectus drafting, and regulatory filings with OJK and IDX.
- Advise corporate clients on capital structure optimization, market timing, and financing strategies.
- Lead and mentor junior bankers, analysts, and associates across transaction teams.
- Manage relationships with external parties, including legal counsels, auditors, rating agencies, and regulatory authorities.
- Drive business development efforts, pitch deck preparation, and client presentations to win new advisory mandates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline from a reputable university.
- 5 to 7+ years of track-record experience in investment banking, capital markets, or corporate finance.
- Demonstrated experience in closing ECM or DCM transactions within the Indonesian market.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian capital market regulations (OJK, IDX) and international financial reporting standards.
- Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple deal streams.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, WPEE, or WPPE are highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
