Tanggung Jawab
- Host and conduct high-energy live streaming sessions regularly on TikTok.
- Engage and interact dynamically with viewers in real time to build strong community rapport.
- Demonstrate product features, value propositions, and ongoing promotional campaigns effectively.
- Drive real-time conversions, viewer retention, and direct sales through persuasive communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing and production teams on broadcast scheduling, scripts, and campaign themes.
- Monitor stream analytics, viewer feedback, and engagement metrics to iterate and improve future performances.
- Manage unexpected live scenarios professionally while maintaining brand standards.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Live Streamer, Content Creator, Emcee, or Brand Presenter, specifically on TikTok.
- Outstanding verbal communication, storytelling, and public speaking abilities.
- High confidence and magnetic camera presence with strong personal styling.
- Thorough understanding of TikTok Live features, community guidelines, and social commerce dynamics.
- Ability to multitask, read chat feeds, and manage pacing smoothly during broadcasts.
- Strong persuasion and sales negotiation skills in a live retail context.
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on streaming schedules on-site in Kabupaten Tangerang.
