Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome boutique visitors and cultivate enduring client relationships through professional, consultative service.
- Deliver detailed product presentations highlighting materials, durability, and features of bags and luggage lines.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets alongside key retail operational KPIs.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions, issue invoices, and manage payment processing accurately.
- Monitor floor stock levels, execute stock replenishment, and support periodic inventory audits.
- Maintain boutique visual merchandising displays according to brand guidelines.
- Manage customer inquiries, exchange requests, and after-sales service workflows efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) minimum; Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in lifestyle, fashion, or travel accessories.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed retail sales quotas.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic conversational English is an advantage.
- Customer-first mindset with polished presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic inventory handling.
- Flexibility to work retail store operational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
