Nexus Cloud Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to architect, build, and optimize our next-generation distributed data platform. You will lead technical design for core services handling tens of thousands of requests per second, partner with infrastructure teams to ensure fault tolerance, and set code quality standards across our engineering organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, develop, and maintain low-latency, high-availability microservices in Go.
- Design resilient distributed data pipelines capable of ingesting millions of daily events.
- Optimize relational and non-relational database queries, indexing, and data models.
- Lead architectural reviews and mentor mid-level and junior engineers.
- Collaborate with SRE teams to improve observability, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes deployments.
- Define service-level objectives (SLOs) and establish production alerting and tracing protocols.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building distributed backend systems.
- Advanced production proficiency with Go or modern systems languages (Rust, C++).
- Deep expertise in relational databases (PostgreSQL) and caching systems (Redis).
- Hands-on experience deploying containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong grasp of system design fundamentals, concurrency patterns, and networking protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
