Nexus Cloud Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to lead the evolution of our next-generation distributed data platform. In this role, you will design, deploy, and scale high-concurrency microservices processing billions of monthly events. We are building resilient infrastructure that powers data-driven workflows for enterprise organizations globally.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, build, and maintain high-throughput, low-latency backend microservices using Go and Python.
- Optimize database performance, schema design, and caching layers across distributed PostgreSQL and Redis systems.
- Design fault-tolerant systems capable of sustaining high traffic volumes with sub-50ms latency.
- Lead architectural reviews and enforce best practices in code quality, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Diagnose complex production issues across distributed environments to improve overall system observability.
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through thorough technical reviews and architectural pairing.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of software engineering experience developing distributed backend systems in production environments.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java with deep understanding of concurrency primitives and memory management.
- Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining relational databases and event buses such as Apache Kafka.
- Production experience deploying services via Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud providers (AWS/GCP).
- Strong foundational knowledge of networking protocols, distributed systems theory, and API security patterns.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical industry experience.
