Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain high-throughput, low-latency microservices using Go and PostgreSQL.
- Design distributed systems handling millions of daily active operations with high availability.
- Lead technical initiatives from system architecture through deployment and post-launch monitoring.
- Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to define APIs and engineering standards.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and architectural guidance.
- Diagnose performance bottlenecks and optimize end-to-end database query execution.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience building distributed backend services in Go, Java, or Rust.
- Deep understanding of relational databases, indexing, and transactional boundaries in PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration platforms including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong background in designing idempotent APIs and event-driven architectures with Apache Kafka.
- Demonstrated experience monitoring production environments using Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical industry experience.
