Nexus Scale Systems is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to architect and scale distributed data pipelines processing billions of events daily. In this role, you will lead the core infrastructure roadmap, eliminate latency bottlenecks, and deliver high-reliability distributed services using Go and cloud-native primitives.
You will work with high-autonomy teams delivering infrastructure-as-code, real-time analytics engines, and resilient public APIs under high throughput.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain high-throughput, low-latency microservices using Go and gRPC.
- Design resilient distributed data systems with Apache Kafka, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
- Diagnose performance bottlenecks across distributed tracing, database query plans, and runtime profiles.
- Define infrastructure configurations using Terraform and manage deployments via Kubernetes.
- Lead technical architecture reviews and establish software engineering standards across teams.
- Implement comprehensive automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and zero-downtime deployment strategies.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience building distributed systems in Go, Rust, or modern C++.
- Proven track record managing relational and non-relational datastores at scale (PostgreSQL, Redis).
- Deep understanding of event streaming architectures, partition strategies, and message delivery guarantees (Kafka).
- Hands-on experience orchestrating production workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong background in network protocols, concurrency primitives, and memory management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
