Veloce Cloud Platforms is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to architect, build, and optimize scalable, low-latency microservices. In this role, you will lead the core engineering of our next-generation cloud infrastructure processing tens of thousands of requests per second. You will collaborate with cross-functional product and infrastructure teams to ensure fault tolerance, operational security, and high availability.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and implement robust, event-driven microservices using Go and PostgreSQL.
- Design secure, scalable REST and gRPC APIs consumed by internal services and third-party integrations.
- Optimize database queries, indices, and caching strategies to maintain sub-50ms p99 latency.
- Lead architectural reviews, system design RFCs, and code quality initiatives across backend squads.
- Implement telemetry, automated monitoring, and alerting using Prometheus and OpenTelemetry.
- Collaborate with DevOps to streamline CI/CD deployment pipelines on Kubernetes clusters.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience building distributed backend systems in Go, Rust, or Java.
- Deep understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and distributed caching (Redis).
- Proven experience operating systems at scale with Docker and Kubernetes in AWS or GCP environments.
- Proficiency with message brokers and event streaming architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Strong foundational knowledge of networking, concurrency, memory management, and system architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
