ScaleGrid Technologies is seeking a high-caliber Senior Backend Engineer to architect and scale our core cloud infrastructure. You will work on distributed data platforms processing millions of operations per second with ultra-low latency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-throughput, low-latency microservices using Go and PostgreSQL.
- Design distributed systems handling concurrent transactional data pipelines with high fault tolerance.
- Optimize database performance, query execution plans, and memory consumption across production clusters.
- Lead system architecture design reviews and enforce engineering best practices through thorough code reviews.
- Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to instrument observability, tracing, and automated alerting.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through technical design documentation and pair programming.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience building high-scale distributed backend systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Go, Rust, Java, or C++ with strong knowledge of concurrency patterns.
- Demonstrated expertise with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and caching layers (Redis).
- Hands-on experience deploying and operating containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid foundation in distributed consensus, event-driven architectures, and messaging systems like Kafka.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical work experience.
