Nexus Distributed Systems is seeking a high-caliber Senior Backend Engineer to architect, build, and optimize enterprise-grade, high-throughput cloud infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain distributed backend services using Go and PostgreSQL.
- Optimize high-throughput microservices to minimize latency and manage heavy traffic loads.
- Lead architectural design reviews and set engineering best practices for code reliability.
- Implement observability frameworks, distributed tracing, and automated alerting systems.
- Partner with product and infrastructure teams to scope technical requirements and drive execution.
- Mentor mid-level engineers through detailed code reviews and system architecture teardowns.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of software engineering experience deploying production systems at scale.
- Proficiency in Go, Rust, or modern C++ in distributed computing environments.
- Deep understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and distributed caching (Redis).
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native tooling, including Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP.
- Strong background in API design using REST, gRPC, and event-driven message brokers like Kafka.
- Demonstrated capability in system performance profiling, tuning, and database optimization.
