Vanguard Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to architect, build, and scale our core distributed data platform. You will tackle complex concurrency, low-latency pipelines, and mission-critical cloud infrastructure powering real-time systems for millions of concurrent users.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, test, and deploy resilient, high-throughput backend services using Go and Python.
- Design and optimize distributed relational and NoSQL database schemas for sub-millisecond query execution.
- Collaborate with infrastructure engineers to implement observability, container orchestration, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and maintain standard patterns across distributed systems.
- Lead root-cause analysis on production bottlenecks and optimize distributed transaction throughput.
- Define architectural technical specifications and API contracts for client-facing integration layers.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience designing and deploying scalable backend services.
- Strong fluency in Go, Python, or a modern typed systems language.
- Demonstrated experience working with distributed datastores, message queues, and caching layers like PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Redis.
- Practical mastery of containerization and orchestration tooling including Docker and Kubernetes on AWS or GCP.
- Deep understanding of API design paradigms including REST, gRPC, and event-driven architectures.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical discipline, or equivalent practical industry experience.
