Veloce Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and optimize high-throughput distributed systems. You will lead core architecture initiatives, eliminate latency bottlenecks, and scale mission-critical cloud infrastructure.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, deploy, and maintain fault-tolerant distributed microservices in Go.
- Optimize database schemas, indexes, and queries across PostgreSQL and Redis datastores.
- Design secure, versioned gRPC and RESTful APIs for client applications.
- Diagnose performance bottlenecks and reduce p99 latency across distributed workloads.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and comprehensive observability standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead architectural code review cycles.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience in backend software engineering.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Go, Rust, or modern C++.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems fundamentals, concurrency, and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience managing relational databases and high-performance caching layers.
- Practical knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS cloud architecture.
- Track record of shipping maintainable, observable, and resilient software to production.
