Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain high-throughput microservices using Go and PostgreSQL.
- Design low-latency distributed APIs and event-driven data pipelines using Kafka.
- Optimize database queries, indexing strategies, and caching layers with Redis.
- Implement automated CI/CD workflows and observability dashboards via Datadog.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish architectural design standards across teams.
- Troubleshoot production incidents to ensure 99.99% system availability.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience in backend software engineering.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Go, Rust, or modern backend systems.
- Deep expertise in relational databases, indexing, and transactional isolation levels.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalent message brokers.
- Proven track record building and scaling cloud-native services on AWS or GCP.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems principles, consensus, and CAP theorem.
