Vectra Systems is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to architect, build, and optimize high-throughput distributed systems. You will lead technical design for core data ingestion pipelines, improve platform resilience, and collaborate with cross-functional product teams to deliver high-performance APIs.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain robust, scalable backend services handling millions of daily events.
- Design low-latency, fault-tolerant REST and gRPC microservices.
- Optimize database schemas, queries, and caching strategies across PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Implement comprehensive automated testing, monitoring, and alerting pipelines.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers on architecture best practices.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to streamline CI/CD workflows and deployment stability.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience in backend engineering using Go, Python, or Rust.
- Strong background in relational database design, query optimization, and transaction handling.
- Hands-on experience with message brokers and event streaming tools like Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Demonstrated expertise designing and consuming RESTful and gRPC APIs.
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of distributed systems trade-offs, network protocols, and Linux environments.
