You will join a small, elite team of engineers solving hard problems in distributed consensus, low-latency networking, and database internals. This is a high-autonomy role with direct impact on product direction and technical strategy.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain high-throughput, low-latency backend services primarily in Go and Python.
- Architect scalable solutions for distributed data storage, caching, and message queuing (Kafka, Redis, Cassandra/ScyllaDB).
- Lead the full software development lifecycle: RFC design docs, implementation, testing (unit/integration/chaos), deployment, and observability.
- Optimize critical code paths for CPU/Memory efficiency and network I/O; profile and tune Linux kernel parameters where necessary.
- Mentor mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and architectural guidance.
- Collaborate with Product and SRE teams to define SLIs/SLOs and ensure 99.99% availability targets.
- Drive technical debt reduction initiatives and advocate for developer experience improvements (CI/CD, local dev environments).
Kualifikasi
- 7+ years professional backend development experience; 3+ years in Go (Golang) in production environments.
- Deep understanding of Distributed Systems concepts: CAP theorem, consensus algorithms (Raft/Paxos), consistent hashing, and eventual consistency patterns.
- Expertise in Linux Internals (syscalls, filesystem, networking stack) and performance profiling tools (pprof, perf, eBPF).
- Strong experience with Container Orchestration (Kubernetes), Service Meshes (Istio/Linkerd), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Proven track record designing and operating High-Availability systems handling 10k+ RPS.
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience; open-source contributions a major plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
