Apex Distributed Systems is seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to architect, scale, and optimize our next-generation cloud foundation. In this role, you will lead the core platform infrastructure serving millions of daily active transactions, ensuring high availability, bulletproof security, and operational simplicity.
You will collaborate directly with software engineering leads to standardize deployment pipelines, automate zero-downtime workflows, and refine our Kubernetes ecosystems across multi-region environments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, secure, and maintain multi-region cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
- Manage production Kubernetes clusters (EKS/GKE) with focus on autoscaling, performance, and efficiency.
- Standardize all infrastructure definitions using Terraform and OpenTofu.
- Build automated, resilient CI/CD pipelines to support continuous deployments with zero downtime.
- Enhance system observability, tracing, and alerting utilizing Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
- Lead root-cause analysis post-mortems and implement permanent architectural remediations.
Kualifikasi
- 6+ years managing large-scale, production-grade cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- Deep hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, container runtimes, and service mesh technologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Terraform, Terragrunt, or similar Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks.
- Strong background in systems programming or automation scripting using Go or Python.
- Comprehensive understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, load balancing, and TLS configurations.
- Proven record of driving zero-downtime infrastructure migrations and disaster recovery exercises.
