Apex Cloud Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to lead architecture, automation, and reliability initiatives for our mission-critical distributed platforms. In this role, you will design resilient cloud topologies, optimize Kubernetes clusters at scale, and implement robust GitOps pipelines. You will collaborate directly with cross-functional platform teams to ensure 99.99% availability, strict security posture, and optimized cloud spend across multi-region environments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, deploy, and maintain highly available multi-region AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Terragrunt.
- Manage and optimize production Kubernetes clusters (EKS) for performance, observability, and cost-efficiency.
- Build automated CI/CD and GitOps delivery pipelines using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Helm.
- Design zero-trust network architectures, IAM role boundaries, and infrastructure security controls.
- Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) investigations and drive reliability improvements via SLO/SLI frameworks.
- Automate operational runbooks using Go and Python to eliminate manual toil.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Deep expertise with AWS core services (VPC, IAM, EKS, RDS, Route53, KMS).
- Strong hands-on mastery of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Proficiency in programming or systems scripting with Go or Python.
- Production experience configuring distributed monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of container networking, service meshes (Istio/Linkerd), and Linux kernel tuning.
