Apex Scale Systems is hiring a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, scale, and maintain our multi-region Kubernetes platforms. In this role, you will lead the core reliability, observability, and automation architecture across high-throughput distributed systems. You will collaborate directly with application teams to streamline deployments, harden system security, and eliminate production bottlenecks.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain multi-region AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
- Manage production Kubernetes clusters (EKS) for high-availability workloads.
- Implement enterprise-grade observability pipelines using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Automate CI/CD pipelines to ensure secure and deterministic software delivery.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations and incident mitigation for high-priority outages.
- Partner with engineering teams to optimize resource utilization and reduce cloud infrastructure costs.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience managing distributed systems on AWS.
- 3+ years of hands-on container orchestration experience with Kubernetes.
- Demonstrated proficiency writing infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting or systems language: Go, Python, or Bash.
- In-depth understanding of Linux networking, TCP/IP, DNS, and TLS termination.
- Experience configuring alerting thresholds, SLIs, and SLOs for mission-critical services.
