You will own the strategy and implementation of our CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and observability stack on AWS. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available, multi-region AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes (EKS).
- Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI / ArgoCD) for zero-downtime deployments and progressive delivery (Canary/Blue-Green).
- Establish SLOs/SLIs and build comprehensive observability (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) for latency, traffic, errors, and saturation.
- Lead Incident Response for SEV-1/SEV-2 outages; conduct blameless postmortems and drive preventive action items.
- Champion 'Security by Design' by integrating policy-as-code (OPA/Gatekeeper), secrets management (Vault), and compliance scanning into the developer workflow.
- Mentor junior engineers and partner with development teams to improve developer experience (DevEx) and self-service capabilities.
- Evaluate emerging cloud-native technologies (Service Mesh, eBPF, Wasm) and drive proof-of-concepts for strategic adoption.
Kualifikasi
- 7+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
- Expert-level proficiency with AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, Lambda, Networking, IAM) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Terragrunt).
- Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS) operators, controllers, and Helm/Kustomize.
- Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or Bash for automation and tooling development.
- Proven track record designing and operating CI/CD systems at scale (GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Spinnaker).
- Solid understanding of Linux internals, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing, Service Mesh - Istio/Linkerd), and distributed systems theory.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting technical proposals to stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives.
