Nexus Cloud Solutions is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to architect and scale our next-generation cloud infrastructure. You will own the CI/CD pipelines, observability stack, and platform reliability for a high-throughput, low-latency SaaS product serving millions of users globally.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available, multi-region Kubernetes clusters (EKS/GKE) using Terraform and Helm.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI / ArgoCD) for 50+ microservices with progressive delivery strategies (canary, blue-green).
- Establish SLIs/SLOs and implement comprehensive observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Tempo, OpenTelemetry).
- Lead incident response for Sev-1/Sev-2 outages; conduct blameless postmortems and drive preventive action items.
- Architect cloud cost optimization strategies (FinOps) reducing spend by 20%+ annually via rightsizing, spot instances, and reservation management.
- Hardening infrastructure security: implement zero-trust networking, secrets management (Vault), and policy-as-code (OPA/Gatekeeper).
- Mentor junior engineers; define platform engineering standards and self-service developer tooling.
- Collaborate with security team on SOC2 Type II and ISO 27001 compliance automation.
Kualifikasi
- 7+ years professional experience in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering roles.
- Expert-level proficiency with Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD certification preferred) and container runtimes.
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS (or GCP/Azure): VPC, IAM, ECS/EKS, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront.
- Infrastructure as Code mastery: Terraform (modules, state management, testing with Terratest).
- Strong scripting/programming skills in Go, Python, or Bash for automation and tooling.
- Proven track record designing CI/CD systems for microservices at scale (GitLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins X, Spinnaker).
- Solid understanding of Linux internals, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, eBPF), and distributed systems concepts.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams without authority.
