Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes (EKS).
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / ArgoCD) to enable safe, rapid, and automated deployments.
- Develop and enforce Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) standards, policies (OPA/Gatekeeper), and GitOps workflows.
- Architect and manage comprehensive observability (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki) covering metrics, logs, traces, and synthetic monitoring.
- Lead incident response for critical production events; conduct blameless postmortems and drive preventive action items.
- Collaborate with software engineers to define service level objectives (SLOs), error budgets, and capacity planning models.
- Automate manual operational tasks (toil reduction) using Python/Go; build internal developer platform tooling (Backstage).
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct architecture reviews, and champion DevOps culture across the organization.
Kualifikasi
- 7+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
- Expert-level proficiency with Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS) in production environments; CKA/CKAD certification a plus.
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS (VPC, IAM, ECS/EKS, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront) and Terraform (modules, state management, CI/CD integration).
- Strong programming skills in Python or Go for automation and tooling; solid Bash scripting.
- Proven track record designing and operating CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitLab CI) at scale.
- Extensive experience with observability stacks: Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK/EFK.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, Load Balancing, Service Mesh - Istio/Linkerd).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
