NexusCloud Technologies is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead our cloud infrastructure strategy and drive the evolution of our CI/CD pipelines. You will be the architect of reliability, scaling our platform to serve millions of users while championing a culture of automation and observability.
This is a high-impact role where you will collaborate directly with software engineers, product managers, and security teams to build self-service infrastructure tooling. We value clean code, infrastructure-as-code principles, and a proactive approach to system health.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and manage highly available, scalable, and secure AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes (EKS).
- Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI / ArgoCD) enabling safe, rapid deployments for 50+ microservices.
- Establish and enforce SLOs/SLIs; build comprehensive observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Loki).
- Lead incident response for critical production issues; conduct blameless post-mortems and drive preventive action items.
- Develop self-service internal developer platforms (IDP) to reduce cognitive load and accelerate feature velocity.
- Collaborate with Security on cloud hardening, IAM least-privilege policies, and compliance automation (SOC2/ISO).
- Mentor junior engineers; conduct architecture reviews and promote DevOps best practices across engineering teams.
- Optimize cloud spend through FinOps practices, rightsizing, and reserved instance management.
Kualifikasi
- 7+ years professional experience in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering roles.
- Expert-level proficiency with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, ECS/EKS).
- Deep production experience orchestrating Kubernetes (EKS) clusters at scale (Helm, Kustomize, Operators).
- Mastery of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (modules, state management, CI integration).
- Strong scripting/coding skills in Go, Python, or Bash for automation and tooling.
- Proven track record building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD).
- Solid understanding of networking (DNS, Load Balancing, TLS/mTLS, Service Mesh - Istio/Linkerd a plus).
- Excellent communication skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.
