Apex Infrastructure Systems is seeking a Senior Distributed Systems Engineer to architect and scale our core high-throughput execution engines.
In this role, you will eliminate bottlenecks across mission-critical services handling millions of concurrent events. You will own the full engineering lifecycle from technical design to high-availability deployment, working closely with database, platform, and observability teams to ensure ultra-low latency and zero unplanned downtime.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, implement, and maintain mission-critical distributed services processing high-throughput workloads.
- Optimize system performance, identifying bottlenecks in network I/O, memory allocation, and concurrency models.
- Define architectural guidelines and lead comprehensive design reviews for core infrastructure.
- Implement automated chaos testing, end-to-end telemetry, and granular health checks across all microservices.
- Establish robust disaster recovery protocols and participate in an on-call rotation for tier-1 services.
- Mentor mid-level engineers through code reviews, design critiques, and internal tech talks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical industry experience.
- 5+ years of production experience with low-level systems programming in Go, Rust, or C++.
- Deep understanding of distributed consensus algorithms, network protocols (gRPC, HTTP/2, TCP), and concurrency control.
- Demonstrated experience scaling distributed datastores such as Apache Cassandra, CockroachDB, or Kafka.
- Extensive experience with Linux internals, eBPF tracing, profiling, and systems tuning.
- Proven track record managing containerized workloads using Kubernetes in production cloud environments.
