Nexus Cloud Technologies is seeking a Senior Distributed Systems Engineer to architect and scale our core cloud execution platform. In this role, you will solve critical concurrency, latency, and consistency challenges across high-throughput services handling billions of daily events.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, build, and deploy low-latency, fault-tolerant distributed microservices using Go and Rust.
- Design consensus, storage, and caching layers supporting multi-region real-time synchronization.
- Optimize high-concurrency systems to achieve aggressive p99 tail-latency benchmarks.
- Direct production incident responses and establish post-mortem mitigation strategies.
- Partner with site reliability engineers to enhance observability, tracing, and Kubernetes-based orchestration.
- Mentor junior and mid-level software engineers through structured technical design reviews and paired programming.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience engineering high-scale distributed backend applications in production.
- Advanced proficiency with Go, Rust, or modern C++ in Linux environments.
- Deep working knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/2, gRPC) and distributed systems primitives.
- Demonstrated experience tuning distributed data stores such as CockroachDB, Cassandra, or Redis Cluster.
- Proven track record managing containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes at scale.
