Apex Infrastructure Labs is seeking an experienced Senior Distributed Systems Engineer to architect, build, and optimize high-throughput, low-latency backend platforms. In this role, you will lead the core engineering efforts powering mission-critical real-time processing pipelines at enterprise scale.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain low-latency, highly available distributed systems and microservices.
- Optimize system performance, memory management, and query execution for petabyte-scale data pipelines.
- Implement rigorous automated testing, observability, and tracing pipelines to uphold five-nines availability.
- Lead root-cause analyses for critical production incidents and establish preventative system controls.
- Partner with product stakeholders to translate business requirements into concrete architectural designs.
- Mentor mid-level engineers through technical design reviews and production readiness checklists.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building distributed backend systems in Go, Rust, or C++.
- Proven experience operating large-scale distributed databases (Cassandra, ScyllaDB, CockroachDB, or DynamoDB).
- Deep expertise in message brokers and event streaming technologies like Apache Kafka or Redpanda.
- Strong background in network protocols (gRPC, HTTP/2), concurrency models, and Linux internal profiling.
- Experience configuring and managing Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native workloads on AWS or GCP.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
