CloudScale Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Distributed Systems Engineer to design, scale, and optimize core data infrastructure handling billions of events daily. You will take technical ownership of high-throughput distributed microservices, lead architecture decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional platform teams in our San Francisco headquarters.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and implement low-latency, fault-tolerant services using Go and gRPC.
- Optimize high-throughput event processing pipelines handling multi-terabyte datasets daily.
- Partner with infrastructure engineers to scale orchestration pipelines on Kubernetes.
- Profile production systems to resolve performance bottlenecks and memory leaks.
- Participate in architectural reviews and establish engineering standards across teams.
- Maintain operational health through proactive telemetry, alerting, and rotation support.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience building distributed systems in Go, Rust, or C++.
- Deep understanding of distributed consensus, CAP theorem trade-offs, and microservices patterns.
- Demonstrated experience tuning high-volume storage systems like PostgreSQL, Cassandra, or CockroachDB.
- Hands-on expertise with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or comparable streaming technologies.
- Proficiency with containerized environments, Kubernetes, and major cloud providers (AWS/GCP).
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems internals, network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/2), and profiling tools.
