Apex Infrastructure Labs is seeking an exceptional Senior Distributed Systems Engineer to scale our core data streaming platform. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain fault-tolerant, high-throughput systems that process petabytes of real-time data daily. You will collaborate directly with principal architects to eliminate bottlenecks and guarantee five-nines availability across multi-region cloud environments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain low-latency, distributed microservices using Go and Rust.
- Design fault-tolerant event pipelines processing over 100,000 events per second.
- Optimize high-volume PostgreSQL and Cassandra databases for sub-millisecond query performance.
- Drive site reliability by implementing robust telemetry, monitoring, and automated alerting via Prometheus and Grafana.
- Perform root-cause analysis on distributed system anomalies and implement systemic resolutions.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through technical reviews and system design guidance.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience with Go, Rust, or C++.
- Proven experience operating large-scale distributed systems in production on AWS or GCP.
- Deep understanding of networking protocols, IPC, concurrency primitives, and memory management.
- Demonstrated expertise with distributed consensus protocols and message brokers like Apache Kafka.
- Proficiency with containerization and orchestration platforms using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
