Vanguard Tech Labs is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of our high-throughput distributed systems. You will take complete ownership of core product features from architectural design to deployment at scale. Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable web applications and microservices.
- Collaborate directly with product and design teams to refine technical specifications.
- Optimize relational and caching layers for sub-10ms response times.
- Maintain high code quality standards through automated testing and rigorous code reviews.
- Implement secure authentication and role-based access control models.
- Monitor production health, triage incidents, and drive root cause investigations.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience building high-scale full-stack applications.
- Deep proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and modern React frameworks.
- Proven expertise in PostgreSQL schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience managing infrastructure using Docker and AWS or GCP.
- Solid background in distributed systems patterns and asynchronous message queues.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and clear technical communication skills.
