Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance full-stack features using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Architect scalable microservices and RESTful/GraphQL APIs on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior team members.
- Optimize application performance, ensure security compliance, and implement CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response for production systems.
- Drive technical strategy and contribute to the long-term platform roadmap.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js (Express/NestJS).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching strategies (Redis).
- Proven track record of building scalable, maintainable systems in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
