Nexus Cloud Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Platform Engineer to scale our distributed cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will design resilient orchestration layers, streamline developer platforms, and optimize high-throughput production environments.
We prioritize automation, clear architecture, and operational efficiency over complex tooling overhead.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain multi-region Kubernetes clusters on AWS using Terraform.
- Build internal developer platforms to reduce deployment cycle times.
- Implement zero-trust security postures and automate identity pipelines.
- Define telemetry standards using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Diagnose complex distributed systems issues across the application stack.
- Participate in an on-call rotation with dedicated engineering follow-up sprints.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years managing production systems on AWS or GCP.
- Expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and service mesh technologies.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Rust for infrastructure tooling.
- Hands-on mastery of Terraform or OpenTofu for infrastructure as code.
- Deep understanding of Linux internals, TCP/IP networking, and storage.
- Demonstrated experience tuning database workloads under heavy concurrency.
