Nexus Cloud Systems is seeking a high-caliber Senior Platform Engineer to build and scale our multi-region cloud foundation. In this role, you will architect resilient internal developer platforms, eliminate operational friction, and enable dozens of product teams to deploy securely at scale.
We build mission-critical, enterprise-grade cloud tools. You will lead technical initiatives around our core Kubernetes ecosystems, automated delivery pipelines, and global infrastructure orchestration.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain distributed, multi-region Kubernetes clusters on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Design and optimize high-throughput CI/CD pipelines to achieve automated, zero-downtime production deployments.
- Implement enterprise-level observability systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Enforce zero-trust security postures and automate vulnerability scanning across container lifecycles.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through detailed code reviews, architecture RFCs, and operational post-mortems.
- Partner directly with application teams to diagnose system bottlenecks and reduce developer lead time.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
- Deep operational expertise with Kubernetes running in production AWS environments.
- Production proficiency in Go, Python, or Rust for systems tooling and automation.
- Demonstrated mastery of Terraform for modular, version-controlled cloud infrastructure.
- Track record of building automated CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Linux systems internals, TCP/IP networking, and distributed systems architecture.
