CloudScale Technologies is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to scale our distributed cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will architect resilient Kubernetes ecosystems, streamline developer experience, and drive automated Infrastructure as Code initiatives across multi-region deployments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, manage, and scale highly available Kubernetes clusters on AWS across multiple regions.
- Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Helm.
- Standardize company-wide Infrastructure as Code (IaC) utilizing Terraform and OpenTofu.
- Establish centralized observability frameworks with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to eliminate deployment friction and accelerate developer velocity.
- Lead root-cause investigations, infrastructure post-mortems, and capacity planning initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of software or platform engineering experience managing production cloud infrastructure.
- Deep hands-on expertise with AWS networking, IAM security, and core computing primitives.
- Proven track record architecting and operating Kubernetes clusters at scale in production.
- Proficiency in Go or Python for building custom automations and developer tooling.
- Extensive experience implementing modular, secure Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
- Solid foundation in SLI/SLO definition, automated alerting, and distributed tracing.
