Aether Cloud Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Platform Engineer to scale our high-throughput distributed infrastructure. In this role, you will architect resilient cloud-native systems, streamline developer workflows, and drive our core reliability strategy.
You will collaborate closely with product and security teams to build resilient internal developer platforms that support dozens of microservices handling millions of daily requests.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain multi-region Kubernetes clusters across cloud environments.
- Develop self-service deployment platforms and CI/CD pipelines using GitOps practices.
- Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) utilizing Terraform and Pulumi.
- Enhance observability, tracing, and metric collection using Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
- Establish operational best practices, disaster recovery procedures, and SLAs/SLOs.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and lead post-incident reviews to drive reliability improvements.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience managing production distributed systems on AWS or GCP.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Kubernetes orchestration, service mesh, and container runtimes.
- Proficiency in automation using Go, Python, or Rust.
- Strong background in IaC tools, specifically Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Extensive experience with networking fundamentals, Linux kernel tuning, and security best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to drive infrastructure modernization initiatives independently.
