Nexus Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Senior Platform Engineer to scale internal developer platforms and multi-region Kubernetes clusters. In this role, you will eliminate deployment friction, design automated self-service infrastructure, and enforce reliability patterns across critical production systems.
We prioritize zero-to-low toil architectures, declarative systems, and engineering autonomy. You will collaborate directly with product delivery teams to modernize build pipelines and standardize observability tooling.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, scale, and maintain multi-tenant Kubernetes infrastructure on AWS using Terraform.
- Implement declarative GitOps deployment workflows via ArgoCD to support continuous automated delivery.
- Design internal developer tooling and self-service APIs to reduce deployment lead times.
- Develop automated alerting, distributed tracing, and SLI/SLO dashboards using Prometheus and OpenTelemetry.
- Participate in a distributed on-call rotation and lead blameless post-mortem investigations for production incidents.
- Harden cloud security postures through identity federation, policy-as-code, and network isolation policies.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience managing high-throughput production infrastructure in AWS or GCP environments.
- Production-grade expertise with Kubernetes orchestration, ingress controllers, and service meshes.
- Strong software development skills in Go, Python, or Rust for infrastructure automation and tooling.
- Hands-on mastery of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, OpenTofu, or Pulumi.
- Deep understanding of Linux internals, TCP/IP networking, and distributed systems reliability.
- Proven record implementing automated observability stacks with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
