ScaleGrid Technologies is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, scale, and maintain our multi-region cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will eliminate deployment friction, build internal developer platforms, and guarantee five-nines reliability across distributed systems serving millions of daily requests.
We value pragmatic automation, infrastructure-as-code purity, and resilient systems design. You will work cross-functionally with product engineering teams to standardize deployment pipelines, accelerate delivery cycles, and architect self-healing architectures.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, provision, and maintain resilient multi-cloud infrastructure using Terraform and AWS.
- Design and manage production Kubernetes clusters handling high-throughput microservices.
- Build self-service developer tooling and automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
- Implement comprehensive observability stacks covering distributed tracing, metrics, and actionable alerts.
- Partner with application engineers to diagnose performance bottlenecks and optimize database queries.
- Participate in a blameless on-call rotation and lead root-cause analysis post-mortems.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience managing cloud-native infrastructure on AWS or GCP.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Rust for systems tooling and automation.
- Deep operational expertise with Kubernetes, service meshes, and container runtimes.
- Production mastery of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Pulumi.
- Demonstrated experience configuring Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Datadog.
- Strong background in network security, IAM policy hardening, and secret management.
