Nexus Cloud Systems is seeking a high-impact Senior Platform Engineer to architect, scale, and maintain our multi-region Kubernetes infrastructure.
In this role, you will eliminate deployment friction for over 150 software engineers by building rock-solid internal developer tooling and automating core cloud operations. You will champion observability, resilience, and security across mission-critical microservices handling millions of transactions daily.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, automate, and operate enterprise-grade Kubernetes clusters across AWS.
- Design and maintain high-throughput CI/CD release pipelines using ArgoCD and GitHub Actions.
- Implement comprehensive observability stacks covering distributed tracing, metrics, and alerting via Prometheus and Grafana.
- Enforce security controls, secret management, and compliance baselines using HashiCorp Vault.
- Standardize cloud resource provisioning through modular, production-ready Terraform templates.
- Participate in a blameless, secondary on-call rotation to diagnose complex distributed systems failures.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience administering production Linux systems and AWS cloud architecture.
- 3+ years operating production Kubernetes workloads at scale.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Rust for building platform automation and custom operators.
- Demonstrated experience defining infrastructure as code using Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Strong background in distributed networking, DNS, load balancing, and mTLS security.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
