Synthex Cloud Solutions is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to scale our distributed infrastructure. You will architect internal developer platforms, enforce infrastructure-as-code patterns, and enhance reliability across multi-region cloud deployments. This role bridges operations and development, prioritizing zero-downtime releases and resilient distributed computing environments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, provision, and maintain production Kubernetes clusters on AWS using Terraform.
- Standardize and optimize internal CI/CD pipelines to accelerate developer feedback loops.
- Implement observability standards via Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Automate security scanning, compliance audits, and secret management within platform pipelines.
- Participate in high-tier on-call incident response and drive blameless post-mortems.
- Mentor engineering squads on infrastructure best practices, reliability patterns, and system design.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years managing production infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong proficiency with Kubernetes orchestrations, Helm, and service meshes in production.
- Proven expertise writing declarative infrastructure using Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Deep understanding of Linux internals, TCP/IP networking, and distributed systems architecture.
- Proficiency in at least one systems language (Go, Python, or Rust) for platform tooling.
- Demonstrated experience defining SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for high-throughput APIs.
