Synthex Cloud Solutions is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to scale our distributed infrastructure. In this role, you will architect resilient internal developer platforms, improve service reliability, and eliminate deployment friction for cross-functional product teams.
We value pragmatic automation, clean system boundaries, and low operational overhead. You will work directly with core product engineering leads to define platform standards across multi-region Kubernetes deployments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters across hybrid AWS environments.
- Build internal developer platforms and self-service APIs to reduce deployment cycle times.
- Develop infrastructure-as-code configurations using Terraform and OpenTofu.
- Design observability pipelines using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Implement zero-trust security postures and automated vulnerability scanning in CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in a blameless on-call rotation and conduct thorough post-incident reviews.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience in production-grade platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles.
- Production mastery of Kubernetes orchestration and container runtimes.
- Proficiency in programming with Go or Python for systems automation and tooling.
- Deep working knowledge of AWS core services (EKS, IAM, VPC, RDS).
- Demonstrated experience defining infrastructure as code using Terraform.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems networking, DNS, and TLS termination.
