Synthex Infrastructure is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to scale our distributed compute foundation. You will build and maintain developer platforms supporting over 200 microservices processing billions of requests daily. This role balances systems engineering, automation, and developer enablement in high-throughput environments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, deploy, and operate multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters across multiple AWS availability zones.
- Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code pipelines using Terraform and ArgoCD for immutable deployments.
- Build internal developer platforms to reduce service deployment latency and increase engineering velocity.
- Implement comprehensive observability pipelines using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Automate incident response, failover mechanisms, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Participate in an on-call rotation focused on blameless post-mortems and root cause elimination.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience engineering large-scale cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP.
- Deep production experience operating container orchestration platforms, specifically Kubernetes.
- Strong software engineering skills in Go, Python, or Rust for systems tooling.
- Demonstrated mastery of Infrastructure as Code workflows utilizing Terraform or Pulumi.
- Working knowledge of Linux kernel internals, networking primitives (eBPF, TCP/IP), and distributed systems reliability.
- Experience implementing service meshes such as Istio or Linkerd in mission-critical environments.
