Synthex Cloud Systems is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to scale and maintain our global edge computing infrastructure. You will architect resilient distributed systems, build automated observability pipelines, and partner with core engineering teams to ensure 99.99% uptime across production environments.
This position demands deep technical expertise in Linux internals, Kubernetes orchestration, and proactive chaos engineering at scale.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, provision, and maintain production multi-region infrastructure on AWS using Terraform.
- Manage enterprise-grade Kubernetes clusters running low-latency microservices.
- Build real-time monitoring and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Automate operational runbooks and implement self-healing infrastructure patterns.
- Conduct structured post-mortems and root-cause analyses for critical production incidents.
- Participate in a blameless, sustainable on-call rotation for tier-1 platform services.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering roles.
- Production-level expertise with Kubernetes, service meshes (Istio/Linkerd), and container security.
- Advanced Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience with Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Strong software development skills in Go, Python, or Rust for systems tooling.
- Deep understanding of Linux systems internals, TCP/IP networking, and performance tuning.
- Demonstrated experience managing high-throughput PostgreSQL or distributed NoSQL databases.
