Apex Cloud Systems is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to build, scale, and harden our globally distributed cloud architecture. In this role, you will champion platform resilience, automate core infrastructure operations, and empower product engineering teams to ship reliable software at scale.
We operate mission-critical systems processing billions of daily transactions. You will own architecture reliability, implement modern observability practices, and lead incident response across multi-region environments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, automate, and maintain multi-region Kubernetes infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
- Implement observability, distributed tracing, and alerting pipelines using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Lead critical incident response and drive blameless post-mortem investigations to resolve systemic bottlenecks.
- Define and enforce Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Error Budgets across core engineering platforms.
- Develop internal automation tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) utilizing Terraform and Go.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure costs, resource utilization, and overall network latency.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience managing production infrastructure in high-scale distributed environments.
- Deep operational expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and container networking internals.
- Advanced software development skills in Go, Python, or Rust for systems automation.
- Demonstrated mastery of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Proficiency in Linux internals, kernel tuning, and core networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, BGP).
- Proven track record establishing SLO/SLA frameworks and modern SRE operational practices.
